Michael Herz Consulting was established in 1999 and represents a team of experienced Human Resources professionals. Having gained our experience in Human Resources departments and on Boards of Management for major industrial and financial companies, we provide (our) services to national and international customers from our headquarters in Munich.
Amongst our customers you will find banking consortiums, insurance conglomerates and a variety of companies from major industry and trade. Herz Consulting sources management and specialist staff through direct searches. Acting as an independent, Herz Consulting will take on either specific assignments or the complete responsibility of your Human Resources management.
We develop efficient/effective HR marketing strategies for our clients , coach their management staff and organize and administer recruiting from the initial screeing process through to the appointment of the candidate.
Michael Herz Consulting is a member of the Federal Union of independent HR managers.
As a partner in Human Energie AG, we implement HR and management systems for clients.
